Who we are

This website is operated by Mint & Medina, based in Morocco. You can contact us about privacy through our contact page.

What we collect

• Email signups: your email address, the page where you signed up and, for launch lists, the product you're interested in.
• Contact messages: your name, email address and message.
• Purchases: when products are on sale, checkout and file delivery are handled by Payhip, and payments are processed by the payment processor you choose at checkout (such as PayPal). We receive order details such as your name, email and purchase, but never your full card details.
• Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that record aggregated information such as pages viewed, referrers, device type and country. They do not identify you personally.

Why we use it

• To send the free planner and the emails you agreed to receive (based on your consent).
• To reply to your messages (based on our legitimate interest in responding to you).
• To deliver purchases and provide support (to perform our contract with you).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interest, using aggregated data).

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site: hosting (Vercel), an email marketing service, a transactional email service for contact messages, Payhip and its payment processors for purchases and an analytics provider. They process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country, with appropriate safeguards. The current list of providers is available on request.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

How long we keep data

We keep email subscriber data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request, and order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. To exercise your rights, contact us. You may also complain to a data protection authority, such as Morocco's CNDP or the authority in your country.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning travel. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
