Refund Policy

Faulty or not as described

If a file doesn't open, is incomplete or is materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will fix the problem, send a corrected file or refund you in full.

Changed your mind

Because digital products are delivered immediately, we can't usually offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a file has been downloaded. If you bought by mistake and haven't downloaded the file, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally bought the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate.

How to request a refund

Send us your order number and the email used at checkout through our contact page. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider; timing depends on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.
